This place should be avoided at all cost. My wife and I had to wait more than 2 months to get our fixtures delivered. When we finally got the merchandise, we found out that that the fixtures were scratched. My wife pointed it out to one of the sales folks and the store manager started yelling at her. The manager was trying to convince us that the fixtures were in a sellable condition. After having to listen to his nonsense and threats, we managed to resolve this issue through the customer service --- though it took us another month. It was absolutely a horrible experience.

At Lighting Paradise, I felt that I was treated very well. They went the extra mile in getting for me exactly what I needed even thou it was a simple and extremely inexpensive lighting part. Every other lighting showroom and electrical store I went just ignored my need. Even thou they did not have this item in stock, they took the time to search there catalog until they found it and they special ordered the part for me. This was a cheap item and did not represent any profit, but I will always buy all my lighting and lamps and this store from now on.
