I would advise anyone never to use this company. I used them to transport my car from TX to VA and in the process my car was badly damaged in the front and rear. I was never given any calls with status updates regarding the location of my vehicle. I actually had to call repeatedly to see where my car was because the driver would not even respond to my representative. That being said, Momentum wanted nothing to do with me when I called to inform them of the damages once my vehicle arrived. They asked me to send pictures of the damages done to my car and from then on would not respond to any of my calls or messages. I have had to claim the damages through my insurance company after giving Momentum a month to respond to me. Fortunately I had someone who lives in TX check the car before it shipped and I also took pictures (BE SURE TO DO THAT)!! I have also submitted a BBB complaint because I feel people should be warned about this company and their negligent practices. My insurance company is now going after Momentum because even to this day the President of the company will not release his carrier's name or insurance information, possibly because he doesn't carry any. Just be leery. I will never again ship a car after this experience. And the damages to my car totaled over $2,000+. Be careful!

From start to finish i got a professional and courteous service. Got excellent advice on how to receive my car since i wont be around, competitive rates, excellent communications from staff and truck driver. All in all lovely experience and i will definitely use them again or recommend using them. As a professional i appreciate working with people who are also professional. So thank you.

I used Momentum to transport my 03 BMW from Ca to NY. The whole process was excellent. They had a commpetative price and the communication was good as well. My car was picked up and delivered as scheduled.I also liked the fact that you do not have to put down a deposit in case you have to cancel. I will use them again....

I was nervous after reading this review. I called Momentum becuase someone I know had used them before and said they had a great experience. Thankfully the review that I read here was not what I experienced. I spoke with Mark, who is the head of their international shipping. He was extremely knowledgable and polite. He even gave me some information that I didn't ask for which I relly appreciated. If I decide to ship my car overseas (I'm thinking of maybe selling...not sure yet), I will definitly use them.
