I was in an accident and was given the wrong information about how much is covered when I rent a car. I rented a car went to get reimbursed and was told that they gave me the wrong information and was not eligible for that refund. They made a $200.00 mistake! I went into the office to cancel my insurance a few months later and had to ask for copies of everything I just signed. They still took the payment from me, and now I am fighting to get my money back! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE company. Unprofessional, my information was not faxed...and I had to request copies!!!

This is the worst insurance you can possibly find. HORRIBLE customers service. I canceled my policy 4 days before an automatic checking account payment, and they still took my money! They never faxed my cancelation request to the billing company. Then when I call a week later about my money, they can't even tell me even if my account is still active (they said they'll have to call me back)! If you get in an accident, they take care of nothing, you have to do all of the work to get the right papers to the right people. This company is absolute garbage.

Don't know what the other two reviews are about, but I've never had an issue. Bought Titan insurance over 3 years ago, and just had to use it - they had my claim handled so fast and simple (unlike my last company), that I'll keep going back for years to come. The staff has always been helpful and polite - maybe some people just need to act nicer to attract nicer actions, I guess.

I highly recomend you do not go w/this company unless you like to have your hard earned cash stolen from you. I was w/Titan for one year, nine days. I canceled my Insurance for less expensive Insurance after paying $251, $45 of thatwas a renewal fee, I had it on autmatic w/draw. I not only didnt recieve any refund, not even a dollar for paying $251 for nine days of service, but months later when I called in to ask about my refund I was rudely told I was in collections for $101 a cancelation fee. So not only did I pay a months worth of auto insurance, when only nine were used but I also paid a renewal fee and a cancelation fee. The cancelation fee went to collections w/out me even being notified that money was due, even though they have mybank account,telephone number and address. Staff was of no help. Do not use.

I have been with this company for 6 months now. I have not gotten into a car accident or tickets since I have been with them. Instead of my insurance going down it went up from paying $80 to $160 a month. Their reason for my insurance going up so high is because the rate in Michigan went up. I understand if my insurance has to go up because of the rate in Michigan, but not twice as much as I was paying and they are telling me that they can not help me. They did not even care if wanted to change insurance company which I will as soon as I find a better one. Also with this company they are having me pay this much for something where I can not get towing. I had to get my car towed and they do not have a towing service. They don't give good discounts at all. Do not go to this company. They don't even deserve one star. They deserve no stars at all.
